When I’m not working, you’ll find me gardening, tackling DIY projects on our property, riding horses, or snuggling my dogs (yes, that absolutely counts as a hobby!).

Coldwell Banker Faith Properties
- Founded in 1982 as Faith Properties. Inc.
- In 1984 we became one of the first Coldwell Banker franchises. The company moved to offices in a former church rectory at 2306 Genesee Street in South Utica, where our Utica office remains. We now hold the record as the oldest Coldwell Banker franchise in New York State.
-In 2007 the company’s top agent, John Brown, purchased it from the original owners.
- Since 2007, Coldwell Banker Faith Properties has grown from 18 agents to over 50, along the way tripling the number of homes it sells to, on average, over 1,000 a year.
-Our company and agents have volunteered to run a water station for the Utica Boilermaker each year for over 30 years and counting.
-In 2014, we received an award from Coldwell Banker as the top selling office, for its size, in North America.
-In early 2016, two more area offices were opened, one in Rome NY and the other in Ilion NY.
-For 2016 and 2017, the Utica office was given an award as one of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite offices. - In all our years of operation, the company and its agents have never been cited as being in violation of the Realtor’s Code of Ethics, a 100+ year old code of conduct for ethical, professional real estate practices.
- In many recent years, Coldwell Banker Faith Properties has helped more homebuyers and homesellers successfully move than the #2, #3 and #4 real estate brokerages doing business in our market combined.
